Maximum poster size: 36 inches wide x 48 inches tall (86.36 x 121.92 cm). If you are printing at either the CBS Imaging Center or the John R. Borchert Map Library, please note their specific printing limitations below.
Push pins will be provided for attaching posters to the display boards. Presenters are expected to arrive about 5 to 15 minutes before the beginning of their session and to remain near their posters until the end of their session.

CBS Imaging Center Cost: Free for CBS Students. Non-CBS students will be charged actual cost and are advised to use the Borchert Map Library to print at no charge—see information below.
Posters printed at the CBS Imaging Center should have one dimension (either height or width) that is 36 inches or 42 inches. Example sizes are anything up to 48" by 36" or anything up to 36" by 42". To submit a poster for printing at the CBS Imaging Center, please complete their online form at: http://bass.cbs.umn.edu/hawk/form96.
IMPORTANT: Printing of Symposium Posters at the Map Library is free until Friday March 27. Students submitting posters after that date will need to pay for printing at the usual rates.
Posters printed at the Map Library will be printed on paper that is 36" wide and 48" tall. Students may either trim their posters to 34" wide, or leave a 1" margin of white space on the sides. Students will be responsible for trimming the posters on their own. Please submit your printing early. Posters must be submitted in electronic form in person, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Students should be prepared to wait approximately 30 minutes for posters to print under normal circumstances. Near the deadline, it is likely that the volume of printing will exceed the capacities of the printers and students will need to return later after an email notification to pick up their posters.
